This elevated church located in central Anstruther is embarking upon a full conservation refurbishment which will include new stonework, re-slating, new leadwork, louver replacement, window refurbishment and maintenance to all rhones and downpipes. In addition to this it is hoped that improvements will be made to its thermal efficiency too.

Internally a number of historic and very skilfully crafted stained glass ‘heads’ are proposed to be displayed within a new timber frame on the stair landing.

The work is funded by a grant from the HLF and is hoped to be completed by the end of September 2015.
