Arc is currently working on the design of a new key building for the Fife Coast and Countryside Trust. This will house a new hub facility for Fife Ranger Service’s work to protect the natural environment and promote its attractions to the public.

The project sits in a very delicate natural environment that is an internationally important wildlife habitat. It will contain viewing areas and a public exhibition, as well as facilities that can be used by the local community. Landscape improvements to the surrounding site are another key part of the project.

The building is conceived as an exemplar building, which will demonstrate a model sustainable approach to the construction and management of the built environment, including use of renewable energy systems and zero waste policies.
